查看Event Viewer看到的錯誤為：

Exception: System.IO.FileLoadException

Message: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. Access is denied.

原因：

1、權(quán)限引起的,由于此錯誤出現(xiàn)在虛擬主機(jī),在新建的應(yīng)用程序使用的是默認(rèn)的應(yīng)用程序池,用的是默認(rèn)賬號運(yùn)行的,而此文件夾沒有此權(quán)限.更改程序使用的應(yīng)用程序池或添加權(quán)限.

2、Framework1和2混用。

cmd
net stop s3svc
cd C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727
aspnet_regiis -ua
aspnet_regiis -i
net start w3svc
先給所在的目錄加加aspnet iiswpg
